Fine ocean views from the room.

Unfortunately, the A/C was not functioning properly , and it took days for the issue to be resolved. We were advised to leave the patio door open, but with young children, that was not feasible. The service at the reservation desk was disappointing. After waiting patiently, I was ignored while staff chose to assist others.

The rooms with 2 beds. The staff were very friendly and caring and helped us with free parking.

above average and large breakfast options with steaks, frozen yoghurt. what an especially helpful and extremely helpful staff. comfortable and perfect location as only 5 minutes to an american-themed entertainment complex.

The outdoor pool and sauna were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Although check-in took a bit longer than expected, it didn't spoil our experience at all 🌊

The experience of relaxing by the pool was enjoyable. I appreciated the easy access to nearby dining options.

There were some minor inconveniences . The wait times for check-in were longer than expected, which could be improved.

The twin room ocean view had fine views of the ocean and American Village. Loved relaxing on the balcony with a cup of coffee. The facilities included three pools, one with fun water slides, and a spa that offered fitness classes. The breakfast spread was excellent with fresh options. Clean and well-maintained all around!

The suite had fine ocean views and came equipped with a Nespresso machine. Loved the three pools, especially the one with slides for kids!

I had an amazing experience with the breathtaking sea view from my room, and the purple sweet potato pancakes were to die for! However, I wasn’t too fond of having to pay for WiFi.

Fine ocean view and multiple pools kept us entertained. Minor wait times at check-in were a bit frustrating, but the warm hospitality made up for it. I'd definitely return for the very nice experience!

It was just a proper fit for a short interlude in Chatan with definitely value for money. The rooms are gigantic compared to hotels in Tokyo. Make sure to try the big breakfast as it's quite nice.

Good views of the ocean from the room balcony create a nice atmosphere. Spacious bathroom with a large shower and separate bathtub offers a comfortable experience after a long day. The fitness center has enough equipment for basic workouts, despite the limited space.

The hotel is situated next to an employee parking lot and a road. Breakfast options lack variety and quality, feeling more like a cafeteria serving than a fine dining experience. Outdoor pools close relatively early, which might limit options for evening relaxation. The lack of a beach directly accessible from the hotel is a disappointment if you're looking for a beachside vacation.

Smooth check-in process with friendly staff. My room had an amazing ocean view. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety and the service was great. The location next to American Village was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. I spent time at the pool, relaxing but got crowded at times. The gym was decent, but it felt a bit cramped with people watching from outside. Unfortunately, the laundry facilities could use more machines. They were often full and had a strong odor. Despite these minor inconveniences, I had a wonderful stay overall and would return again.

Comfortable venue with friendly staff and a convenient location close to two local beaches 🏖️. the pool here is nice, breakfasts are delicious with a mix of Asian dishes and pancakes.
