Stunning ocean views from the room.

Unfortunately, the A/C was not functioning properly during our stay, and it took days for the issue to be resolved. We were advised to leave the patio door open, but with young children, that was simply not feasible. Additionally, the service at the reservation desk was disappointing. after waiting patiently, I was ignored while staff chose to assist others.

We had an amazing time enjoying the breathtaking ocean views from our room and the super clean facilities. The outdoor pool and sauna were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Although check-in took a bit longer than expected, it didn’t spoil our experience at all. 🌊

The twin room ocean view had stunning views of the ocean and American Village. Loved relaxing on the balcony with a cup of coffee. The facilities included three pools, one with fun water slides, and a spa that offered fitness classes. The breakfast spread was impressive with fresh options. Clean and well-maintained all around!

My stay at the Hilton in Chatan was amazing! Fine ocean view and multiple pools kept us entertained. Minor wait times at check-in were a bit frustrating, but the warm hospitality made up for it. I'd definitely return for the very nice experience!

It was just a proper fit for a short interlude in Chatan with definitely value for money. The rooms are gigantic compared to hotels in Tokyo. Make sure to try the big breakfast as it's quite nice.

The property is situated next to an employee parking lot and a road, making the ambiance less appealing. Breakfast options lack variety and quality, feeling more like a cafeteria serving than a fine dining experience. Outdoor pools close relatively early, which might limit options for evening relaxation. Additionally, the lack of a beach directly accessible from the hotel is a disappointment if you're looking for a beachside vacation.

The location next to American Village was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. I spent time at the pool, which was relaxing but got crowded at times. The gym was decent, but it felt a bit cramped with people watching from outside. Unfortunately, the laundry facilities could use more machines. they were often full and had a strong odor. Despite these minor inconveniences, I had a wonderful stay overall and would return again.
